We take the job description, advertise, shortlist, interview and once you have selected the staff member that is suitable for your team, we employ and start the onboarding process.

Here are some of the basic steps in the recruitment process:

  • After initial discussions, obtain the job description for the role.
  • We advertise on job platforms in Sri Lanka and check for talent in our databases.
  • We then shortlist the best candidates for the role and present them to you for final interviews.
  • You then select the best candidate for the job.
  • Offer of employment is provided, and agree on the start date
  • Upon commencement, necessary IT equipment is provided

How much time do we need to recruit a staff member in Sri Lanka?

From the time that you provide us with the job description, to when we post the job advertisement, complete the endorsement, skills test, interviews and finally to your approval on the staff member, you will need to allow 4 to 6 weeks for technical roles and 3 to 4 weeks for non-technical roles.

In addition, allow a 4-week notice period after signing the employment contract.

Therefore, allow 7-8 weeks for the new staff member to commence employment with you.

Once talent is recruited, job specific training including company background, product, services, processes, software trainings and policies are to be undertaken by you. It is also important to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are communicated to your remote staff member/team, answer any questions and check in on their progress
